How do I join?
It’s easy! Decide how many FREE pieces you’d like to receive each month. Then choose one of our monthly budget-friendly memberships. Tell us a little about yourself, and who the jewelry is for, on our secure online registration form. You will need a valid credit card number to open your membership. We will email you all of your membership details shortly after that. Once you make your selection, add it to your Cart and confirm-we’ll have your first item(s) on the way within 3-6 business days.

Can I change the order or add/remove items from my list?
Sure. You can add, or remove selections at any time (provided the item has not already shipped). Our Jewelry Club is so flexible! It allows you to add new selections with ease, change your mind, or get something you really want even more! If a special event pops up, come select the perfect piece. You can even give pieces of jewelry as a fashionable gift!
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is always FREE for members! You will not be charged any additional fees for any shipping in the US! Please see our Shipping and Returns area for more details. *Please note that shipping times are 10-14 days. The more items you have on your wishlist, the faster the shipping.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Simply ship it back within 5 days of receipt with a note including your name, address, and membership number, and we’ll send out a replacement ASAP. If the item is no longer in stock you will get to make a new selection.
How much does the jewelry on your site retail for?
Some similar selections to those featured in our club, retail for over $100 or more at retail stores and boutiques. We created Our Jewelry Club to bypass the costly markups of high-end retailers. You are getting the pieces absolutely FREE with your membership subscription. You choose any membership you want, based on how many items you would like to receive per month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Although we would hate to see you go, you may cancel at any time. There are no cancelation fees. We hope you will enjoy your FREE selections. Simply cancel by filling out our simple online form.
How do I join the “Referral Program”?
We know you will love Our Jewelry Club, and you will want to share that with your friends. Send us the names & emails of your friends/family that you think would enjoy our site. Once they sign up you will automatically receive a FREE selection for each new member referred.
Are there any ways to get free jewelry?
In addition to our Referral Program we also have other ways to get free selections. Bloggers can be approved to receive one extra “review” item. You will receive this together with your monthly selection and create a monthly purchase review. If we receive traffic and/or new members resulting from your review post, we will ship another free selection. Selected Blogs may even qualify to run exclusive deals and FREE selections for your readers too! Send us your blog url and let’s talk.
How can I upgrade/downgrade my membership plan?
Simply send us your name with a comment, letting us know how you would like to change your membership plan. You will be able to view the changes in your PayPal account within 48 hours.
